Nosara Property has fresh water
The farm we are offering for sale is home to abundant aquifers, natural springs, and is bordered by a river that offers water supplies for the densest development. Electricity is currently about one mile from the property. By law, if you pay to bring the electricity into the site, the neighbor must grant you access to the tap.
