Land in the Nosara area is appreciating annually. Improvements to plots of land can drastically help increase land values. Many major players are getting involved in the Nosara area due to the overpriced and overdeveloped region of Northern Guanacaste. Common logic tells us the development is moving south and Nosara remains poised for growth. As areas like Tamarindo are heavily populated, the price to pay for land has been factored in. Bottom line, there is no better area on the West Coast where you can get value for your money, which is why we chose to invest in Nosara.
